Barbara Etcheberry Araos

Barbara is a seasoned executive and social impact leader with over two decades of experience in public service, nonprofit governance, and executive consulting. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Fundación SoyMás in Chile and the Founder of SoyMás Foundation Inc. in the U.S., both focused on empowering women through education and opportunity. Barbara has served on the national boards of TECHO-Chile and Fundación Educacional Aptus, and she is the author of From Victims to Survivors and host of the Resiliencia podcast.

She holds a degree in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has been recognized as a “Woman Leader” by El Mercurio and Mujeres Empresarias in multiple years.

Sandro Solari Donaggio

Sandro is a seasoned executive and social impact leader with a distinguished career in Chile’s retail and housing sectors. He is the co-founder of Fundación SoyMás in Chile and SoyMás Foundation Inc. in the United States—both dedicated to expanding opportunities for women through education and research.

A Civil Industrial Chemical Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and MBA graduate of MIT Sloan, Sandro held key leadership roles at Falabella, including CEO of Sodimac from 2006 to 2018. He currently serves on the boards of several major organizations, bringing strategic insight and governance expertise to high-impact initiatives.

Sheila Canalle

Sheila is a leader at the intersection of education, innovation, and social impact. As Senior Associate Director of the MBA Program at MIT Sloan, she leads strategic efforts to enhance advising, streamline operations, and apply AI and data tools to personalize the student experience.

She holds a B.S. in International Business and Marketing, magna cum laude, from St. Louis University, and has completed executive education at MIT Sloan and Harvard.

Previously, Sheila spent 15+ years managing global operations in the oil and gas industry. She is President of SoyMás Foundation Inc. and co-founder of Colegio Integral El Manglar, committed to expanding access and equity in education.
